Here’s the rundown for Sunday. Please be on time. If you are late, please do not disrupt others.

• 1300 - gather, intro and describe what we will ship in the next 4 hours

  • Update the ship log on what you will ship

• 1330 - 1800 - commit to individual deep work (with some breaks in between)

  • That is an awesome ~4 hrs of deep work on something you care about!

• 1530-1545 - break + snacks. midway checkup to see how everyone is going.

• 1745 - wrap up and deploy

  • Update the ship log on what you’ve shipped

• 1800 - demo day

  • show everyone what you built
  • constructive feedback
  • ask your ask
